Plan Description
Un plan de 20 semaines pour passer au travers de l'hiver québécois et être en forme au printemps! Les longues sorties ne dépassent jamais les 2 heures pour éviter à ceux qui courent dehors d'attraper froid et éviter à ceux qui courent sur tapis de mourir d'ennui! Le plan inclut deux séances de renforcement par semaine nécessitant seulement des bandes élastiques et un ballon suisse (à partir de la semaine 5, aucun matériel n'est nécessaire pour les 4 premières semaines). Seulement trois séance de course à pied par semaine plus au moins une séance d'entraînement croisé (ski, vélo, raquettes,...)
