12 week Plan to prepare a short trail of 10 - 15 k with 4 sessions a week. the session on tuesday is absolutely optional. the workouts are structured, means that you may upload to your Garmin watch to facilitate the sessions. if you need them in pace,. please let me know, I am glad to adapt. Enjoy.
