UTA11 is a great introduction to Ultra-Trail Australia and trail running. It is a challenging course that traverses the most stunning walking tracks of the Blue Mountains. It is very achievable for novice trail runners.

This program is designed for beginners to intermediate levelled runners. This is an achievable, tailored program from UP Coaching specifically written for the UTA11 to have you race ready.
