Plan Description

Plan de iniciación para competir en un trail de una distancia entre 20-25k.

Duración del plan de 12 semanas de duración con 4-5 días de entrenamiento a la semana.

Para realizar este plan tenemos que ser capaces de correr unos 10k a ritmo suave sin problemas.

Las zonas quedarían de la siguiente manera en función de la Fc max:

Z1 (68-74%)
Z2 (75-82%)
Z3 (83-87%)
Z4 (88-93%)
Z5 (94-100%)

Glosario:

Cal = Calentamiento
Vc = Vuelta a la calma
r = recuperación
Cu = Cuestas
ST = Series triangulares
Core = ejercicios de abdomen y lumbares
