Welcome to the TRT Running Novice Trail Program Part 1.

This program is for new trail runners who are looking to build a sound base for trail running.
The plan is suited for new runners and road runners who are moving onto trails.
The simple aim of this program is to slowly introduce you into trails with run / walks over an eight week period.
We incorporate strength in this program along with three runs a week to build a solid running base for you.

By the end of he eight week program you will feel stronger on trail, have a better aerobic base and then be ready to undertake our Building Trail Strength Program 2
