Plan Description

This is a 12 week Return from Injury Training Plan. This plan assumes the athlete using this has been injured but is now cleared to run and begin the journey back to fitness. This program will start with Run/walks and progress into some steady running by the end of the program. Athletes using this program shouldn't use this program as a race plan, but a plan to get healthy and fit enough to attempt a proper race build.
