Plan Description

This training plan is for those that are injured and will likely not be running for around 4 weeks.

Before starting this program, you should be cleared by a medical provider to be able to perform cross training.

Only perform the mode of cross training that you are cleared to do by a medical provider. (i.e. if you are only allowed to do aqua jogging, do not do any elliptical or cycling). This training plan can be completed using any mode of cross training.

This training plan was created by Anthony Camerieri, a professional runner who has used cross training for his entire career, both while healthy and injured, to reach the highest level of the sport.

This training plan was scaled to every week length from 4 to 12 weeks and all are available for purchase. Choose the one that is the length that you will likely be away from running from.
