Training Run Pace: 7:00-8:30. (Able to have a conversation with someone)
Recovery Runs: 7:15-9:00.
Strides: Should be 100m with efforts around a 7 or 8 out of 10. Pretty comfortable but feeling like the legs are warmed up by the end of them.
