Plan Description
Welcome to your first season of cross country! Throughout your time training you may find out a lot about yourself and your ability to do hard things (such as during a cross country hill workout). I'm rooting for you!
This plan does not require access to a gym or a track. I highly recommend running with others whenever possible. Additionally, I would recommend investing in new running shoes that feel comfortable for you. Avoid carbon plated shoes for your everyday running shoe.
*also note that any running that isn't paced (aka a rep that is noted as race pace or uptempo) should be EASY, pay attention to your body and go at a comfortable pace*
