Breakdown of the program:
Athletes interested in this program should have previous race experience, as well as a general easy running fitness going into this plan. Structured workouts will begin week 3 and build in time and intensity throughout the plan. Overall, this training plan is designed specifically to keep you healthy and consistent early on while we're building mileage – the goal is to get you to your race specific build happy, healthy, and excited to train more.
