Plan Description

This plan is best for elite high school athletes who are looking to run a time that will ideally get the attention of college coaches. The plan assumes the athlete has been training throughout the fall/winter ahead of his track season. In addition to trainers, he will benefit from having a pair of flats for longer reps and spikes for short reps on the track. This is an adaptation from the training that conditioned me to run my first sub-4 mile (3:57.6).
