Este plan de 12 semanas está diseñado para personas sedentarias que quieren empezar a moverse de forma segura, sencilla y sostenible. Con solo 2 sesiones de caminata a la semana, el objetivo es crear el hábito, mejorar la condición física general y llegar a ser capaz de caminar durante 60 minutos de forma continua, cómoda y disfrutable.
El plan combina caminatas a ritmo cómodo con sesiones específicas en las que se incrementa ligeramente la intensidad, siempre de forma progresiva y accesible, para mejorar la capacidad cardiovascular y la confianza en el movimiento.
Se aplica la metodología Atraves, que integra el entrenamiento físico con principios básicos de psicología del ejercicio, fomentando la adherencia, la autogestión y una relación positiva con la actividad física. Las sesiones están guiadas por sensaciones, priorizando la seguridad y el disfrute frente al rendimiento.
