Plan Description

I'm wishing you so well on your goal to break 2:40! This plan will work best if you have already been running about 20-30+ miles a week for around 2 years, have been doing consistent workouts, and have run sub 2:50. Leading up to this plan, I would recommend AT LEAST 4 weeks of easy miles 20-30 per week with 2x a week strides and 4+ workouts total in that time. We can go from there! Happy running :)

You will need: access to a track and a pair of spikes

*also note that any running that isn't paced (aka a 400m rep in a workout or a threshold) should be EASY, pay attention to your body and go at a comfortable pace*
