Christmas Running-Focused Hybrid Week

This WCSE TRAINING Christmas Week is designed for athletes who want to prioritize running performance during the holiday period, while maintaining the strength and hybrid qualities needed for HYROX or functional racing.

The structure is simple and intentional: 6 training days, with three key running sessions supported by low-fatigue hybrid work so that every session contributes to better running.

Weekly Structure (6 Days)
