Plan Description
This is a plan for someone who has done some running events before and possibly someone who has done a half marathon. You should feel good running and walking up to 45-60 minutes. Cross training days are optional. Strength training on this plan is very basic and I suggest you make this a non negotiable activity since we all need it! Move the workouts around if you need to adjust the workouts to different days. Remember, this is a guide and life throws punches at us so don't get caught up if you miss a day or two or you cannot finish them.
