Build a strong, reliable running foundation with Boundless Coaching’s Base-Building Running Program—designed for athletes returning from injury, gearing up for an ultra build, or maintaining fitness during the offseason. This program focuses exclusively on running, using a balanced mix of easy aerobic mileage, controlled fartlek sessions, and low-stress tempo work to safely reintroduce rhythm and speed.
