🚀 Questo programma è pensato per chi ha poco tempo a disposizione ma desidera sfruttare al massimo ogni minuto di allenamento, senza sprecare nemmeno un secondo.
Grazie al basso volume di lavoro, è adatto anche a chi si avvicina alla corsa per la prima volta, purché possieda già una minima base di forma fisica 💪🏻
🏃 Il programma prevede tre sedute a settimana, brevi ma con intervalli ad alta intensità. L’obiettivo principale è migliorare il massimo consumo di ossigeno (VO₂ max), uno dei parametri fondamentali per le prestazioni di endurance.
⏱️ Durante i due mesi di programma sono previsti tre test:
- Il primo test, utile per calibrare le intensità di allenamento.
- Il secondo test, a metà percorso, per verificare i progressi.
- Il terzo test, finale, servirà per impostare la fase successiva e iniziare a lavorare sulla soglia anaerobica.
👉🏻 Ogni allenamento è descritto in modo dettagliato e accompagnato da consigli pratici e spiegazioni sui motivi fisiologici alla base delle scelte proposte, così da comprendere a fondo il senso di ogni seduta.
