Plan Description

This 6-week 'VO2 Max Booster' is designed to complement your other training sessions without burning you out. Each session you can expect a thorough warm-up followed by 15-20 minutes of 'sweet spot' training.

Although designed to be flexible around your other training sessions, avoid stacking both VO2 sessions next to other hard workouts. If fatigued, drop the optional 2nd session and keep the single quality VO2 session each week.
