Plan Description

Thank you for entering Lift Run and opting to choose the 8 week running plan! Here you'll find a programme that can be tailored to your individual needs, as it is an RPE (rating of perceived exertion) based plan, meaning you don't need to use a heart monitor, you can judge each run based off how it is feeling.

The plan's intention is to get you run ready for Lift Run, so the runs do get progressively tougher and the distances longer as you progress through the plan, culminating in your 2 hour run on event day.
