Plan Description
Dieser Plan richtet sich an ambitionierte Läufer*innen, die die Symbioseeffekte des Radtrainings mitnehmen wollen. Der Plan nutzt die Erkenntnisse zur Blockperiodisierung und verpackt sie in ein für Läufer*innen verträgliches Format. Somit werden Verletzungsrisiken minimiert und Anpassungen maximiert.
Euch erwarten eine HIT Blockwoche mit zwei intensiven Laufeinheiten und drei intensiven Radeinheiten gefolgt von drei Wochen LIT mit nur eine Laufintensität pro Woche. Insgesamt stehen 6 Einheiten pro Woche auf dem Plan, wobei die längeren Einheiten am Wochenende absolviert werden.
