Plan Description
This plan is designed for a beginner starting to run or anyone who has been injured and off running for a long duration that wants to return to the sport. The plan starts easy and builds slowly in duration of running to ensure that the athlete can build aerobic capacity, endurance and condition the body to the impacts of running.
You can also start this plan at any week if you are already running short durations and want to build on this. Pick the week that best matches your current ability and start there.
You can combine this plan with other activity types such as strength, cycling, swimming etc. as per your capabilities.
