Gradvis opbygning af ugentlig distance:
Vi starter stille og roligt og bygger op, så du når 60 km om ugen, uden at du føler dig overbelastet. Programmet sørger for, at du får nok kilometer i benene til at opbygge en stærk grundform.

Zone 2-træning for optimal udholdenhed:
Programmet fokuserer på let løb i zone 2 – den zone, hvor du kan føre en samtale under løb. Det giver dig mulighed for at styrke din aerobe kapacitet, så du kan løbe længere og mere effektivt.

Lange søndagsture og rolige ugeløb:
Søndagsløbene er programmets hjørnesten, hvor du gradvist øger distancen. Disse ture er essentielle for at bygge din udholdenhed og lære din krop at håndtere længere løbeture i roligt tempo. I løbet af ugen vil du have rolige løbeture, hvor målet er at finde rytmen og glæden ved løb.

Bakkesprint og strides for hurtighed og løbeøkonomi:
I hver uge vil du tilføje korte bakkesprint og strides (korte hurtigheds- og teknikløb) for at forbedre din løbestil, løbeøkonomi og hurtighed. De korte intervaller styrker musklerne og udvikler din teknik uden den høje belastning fra traditionel intervaltræning.
