Plan Description

Der Plan ist für erfahrene Läufer. Im Schnitt läuft man 40-60km die Woche.
Benutze diesen 8 Wochen Plan, bevor du mit einem spezifischen Plan für dein 10k, HM, oder Marathon beginnst zu trainieren. Dieser Plan setzt die Perfekte Grundlage um mit dem Rennspezifischen Training zu beginnen.

Das Training kann auch gerne ergänzt werden durch weitere Radeinheiten oder Laufeinheiten. Diese sollten jedoch in einer Lockeren Intensität absolviert werden. D.h. Zone 1 bis max. 2

Um bestmöglich mit dem Plan trainieren zu können, solltest du deine Threshold Herzfrequenz, Threshold Pace und Maximale Herzfrequenz wissen. Falls du das nicht weisst, kannst du zuerst den Plan downloaden, wo die Leistungstest erklärt sind.
