🗓️ 2 entrenamientos de fuerza a la semana + 1 sesión de descarga miofascial y movilidad/estiramientos.

⚒️ Material necesario: KB, Mancuernas, Gomas, esterilla, cajón.

El mejor momento para empezar a entrenar la fuerza base es un mes después de la última carrera de la temporada anterior.
