Plan Description
This 12 Week Plan is intended for those who have already competed in half marathons before and are looking to finish faster this time around. The plan is designed to challenge you through its implementation of higher intensity running workouts as well as our signature half marathon race simulations.
This plan does not include any strength training or cross training however it does provide a day in which to do cross training.
What is included in this plan:
-- 5 run days including speed sessions, tempo sessions, recovery, and more
-- one full rest day a week
-- one cross training day a week
Coach Kayla is a professional triathlete who has had 8+ years of coaching as a USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach, a Bachelor's of Arts in Biology, a Division 1 Track and Cross Country runner at Gonzaga University.
