Plan Description
This is a ongoing plan which will involve doing the same workouts for 2 weeks.
This is so you get to know the plan instead of looking at your phone to figure out the plan.
It is also so you can focus on things like your technique, weight increase, engaging more muscle groups like your core and having some freedom to enjoy your time at the gym instead of stressing about what you have to do.
Make sure you do the appropriate weight for the given reps, time of you are in your training cycle.
Rate RPE and can be optional to add in weighted used for the exercises. I have given no weight guidance as of yet but maybe over time we will gain more knowledge into what works for/if you progress
