Dit 14 weken durende Level 1- hybride plan is speciaal ontworpen voor crossfitters.

Met een wekelijks tijdsbestek van 1,5 tot 3 uur, verdeeld over meerdere dagen, helpt het plan jou je aerobe fitnes te onderhouden zonder de nadruk op prestaties te leggen.

Dit plan gaat er vanuit dat je naast deze trainingen nog 3 tot 4 intensieve crossfit workouts moet verwerken. Daarom is de intensiteit van dit plan laag.
