This is designed to be used with the Strength for Runner's lifting programs - which can be found here: https://f2ecoaching.com/strength-programs

The goal is to gain speed and fitness by doing VO2 Max and Threshold workouts. There is a 4 week block of endurance/steady state focus with a short taper for those that want to use this for getting race ready. This block aligns perfectly with the maintenance block in the lifting program.
