Hier findet Ihr unsere Lieblings-Schwelleneinheiten im Laufen. Alle Einheiten sind gleichermaßen für die Straße und für die Bahn geeignet. Neben GA2 Intervallen findet diverse Tempodauerläufe und Tempowechselläufe. Alle Intervalle sind schwellenorientiert. Warum Schwellentraining Sinn ergibt und warum wir gerne diese Einheiten einsetzen, könnt ihr hier auf unserem Blog nachlesen.

Ihr könnt je nach Leistungsniveau einige dieser Einheiten in euer wöchentliches Training einfließen lassen. Die Workouts eignen sich gleichermaßen für Anfänger und Profis. Eine bunte Mischung von Läufern für Läufer:innen und Triathlet:innen!
