Te presento este plan estructurado de media Maratón para trabajar por potencia. Nos esperan 13 semanas para trabajar con mucha cabeza y sacar nuestro máximo potencial. Te pido que sigas las sesiones principales (Martes, Jueves y Domingo) y que si te saltas alguna sean las sesiones de recuperación. Todo está ajustado para que no caigas en sobreentrenamiento y que mejores. Cuida muchísimo la alimentación y sobre todo el sueño. Muy importante la hidratación y la flexibilidad. Como explico en la descripción del plan es válido tanto para una persona que pretenda llegar a meta, como para alguien que persiga una marca determinada. Hay test de FTP que hay que realizar a tope para ajustar las intensidades También se excplica en cada test la fórmula a aplicar para calcular el FTP, entrar en ajustes zonas y meter el valor obtenido en el umbral de ftp. A la hora de elegir el método en las zonas suguiero. Umbral de potencia funcional y Stryd Zones. Aunque utilices la variable de potencia de Garmin, Polar o Coros
