Este plan de entrenamiento estĂĄ orientado a aquellas personas que no han corrido casi ningĂșn dĂ­a en los Ășltimos doce meses, es decir, casi todos aquellos que no han corrido nunca y que ahora, por una razĂłn un otra, deciden dar el primer paso.

Por esta razĂłn este plan es muy suave y progresivo. El principal objetivo de este plan de entrenamiento es que disfrutes corriendo, generar adherencia a la prĂĄctica deportiva y que evites las lesiones.


Con este plan de entrenamiento (que es una guĂ­a, no tanto un mandamiento) tenemos tambiĂ©n como objetivo romper el hielo y que superes el pĂĄnico que puede darte empezar a correr. Si es asĂ­, te animo a que no lo abandones aquĂ­, sino que continĂșes, bien repitiendo el mismo plan otra vez o pasando al plan previsto para los corredores de nivel intermedio (Mirar plan: 10k Corredores aficionados - Objetivo 50min)
