Plan Description
Dieser Plan richtet sich an ambitionierte Läufer*innen, die die Symbioseeffekte des Radtrainings mitnehmen wollen. Der Plan lässt sich immer mal wieder als Trainingsblock (idealerweise im Herbst/Wintertraining) einstreuen, um eine allgemeine Potentialerhöhung zu erfahren.
Euch erwarten, nach einer kleinen Einführungswoche, drei Belastungswochen mit jeweils einer Bahn- und einer eher schwellenorientierten Einheit. Insgesamt stehen pro Woche 5x Lauf und 2-3x Radeinheit auf dem Plan, wobei der größere Umfang auf dem Wochenende liegt.
