Plan Description

This advanced program is designed to build strength and endurance in the seasoned athlete when preparing for running or hiking adventures. It is a flexible program designed to have you fit enough to jump into a trail or road half marathon or set out on a multi-day hiking adventure.

The plan guides the user through 13-weeks of training and includes a robust program (running, strength, mobility, and more) that contains 6 active days per week and builds to a 13-mile run.

Users have access to videos demonstrating each prescribed workout. Necessary equipment includes dumbells or a kettlebell, and an elevated surface such as a step, box, or bench. Access to a squat rack and pull-up bar is helpful.

This is a self-guided program.
