Ziel dieses 12 wöchigen Trainingsplans ist es, deine VO2max zu verbessern. Der wöchentliche Trainingsumfang bleibt dabei relativ konstant, wobei sich jedoch die Intensität und die Anzahl der intensiven Einheiten verändert.
Der Plan umfasst 5-6 Trainingstage bzw. 5-7 Trainingsstunden pro Woche mit zwei bis drei VO2max Intervallen.
Die lockeren Dauerläufe verbessern deine aerobe Ausdauer und helfen dir, dich zwischen den harten Läufen zu erholen.
