Du möchtest in den Laufsport einsteigen und wünscht dir einen Plan für den Einstieg?
Mit diesem Plan schaffst du einen erfolgreichen Start als Läufer/Läuferin.
Der Plan richtet sich an Laufeinsteiger/Laufeinsteigerinnen, die zuvor keine Erfahrungen im Laufsport haben. Ziel des Plans ist es über einen längeren Zeitraum problemlos und ohne Unterbrechung laufen zu können.
Der Plan nutzt deine Herzfrequenz, damit du in denen für dich sinnvollen Trainingszonen trainierst. Daher ist eine Uhr mit Pulsmessung oder ein Brustgurt o.ä. zur Herzfrequenzmessung sinnvoll.
