Plan Description

This plan is specifically designed to prepare you for Ten-Mile races like the Army Ten-miler. You will build into longer runs with some speed work once to twice a week and two strength sessions a week. The audience for this plan is beginner and intermediate athletes looking for structure and PRs. Enjoy, and we will see you at the start line

My name is Aubrey Hayes and have been an endurance/sport junky my entire life. Growing up I played Soccer, ran Cross Country, and Wrestled. I am currently an Ironman finisher and currently race 70.3, olympic, and sprint distance races. I have taken my lifetime of experience in sports with 10 years of coaching wrestling and have decided to apply it to the endurance world.
