Plan Description
This is a 7 day plan to experience the types of workouts offered by RunPowerCoach. It is suitable to all levels of runner and each run can be shortened or extended based on experience. If the athlete isn't comfortable running consecutive days the workouts can be moved however it suits.
Email assistance is available. Details will be shared upon delivery of the plan.
Each run is a structured workout which means information on how to complete the workout is clear and the workouts can be exported to a watch. A running power meter (Stryd is our power meter of choice) is required.
