This is a plan for intermediate runners looking to improve race times, increase fitness, and ultimately remain injury resistant. Take your preparation to the next level right here.

It's hard to argue with experience. Within this plan you'll receive coaching and programming that has been developed over the course of 20+ years of running and 26,000 miles accumulated. You'll also have the opportunity to build strength, create power, and reduce injury by completing the weight training that is already included in the plan.

With these experiences, I feel pretty good about not only helping others, but understanding whatever you’re going through on the run! My goal is to you thinking beyond pace to having more fun and less injuries.
