Plan Description

This is a marathon specific training schedule that is based on the amount of weekly mileage a runner wants and can handle. This schedule is for beginner to intermediate runners who have already been running and may have completed a marathon previously. This program would be for runners who want to run 4:00 or faster. This schedule starts at 40 miles a week and builds up to running a consistent 45-60 miles by running six days a week.

This program features the structured workout feature and plan will provide daily paces based on your goal time.
