This is a single test week for runners to determine your training pace/power/HR zones, as well as checking your body weight strength conditioning. Along with running tests this week includes calf endurance, hamstring endurance and core strength/endurance tests.
Use this plan to determine your current training zones and needs prior to starting your main training plan.
