Plan Description
Afwisseling van de trainingen is voor mij de belangrijkste beweegreden (mijn gele banaan). Zeker bij het lopen, wat ik het saaiste onderdeel van de triatlon vind. Vandaar dat ik een set trainingen verzameld heb in een lekker gevarieerd programma. Het zijn variaties op de standaard trainingen uit mijn trainingendatabase, aangevuld met specifieke kracht een/of cadanstrainingden uit onder andere de Zwift Tri Academy.
