Dieser Plan ist für die Offseason für Läufer, die schon Lauferfahrung haben und keine Anfänger mehr sind. Die Umfänge sind sehr stark reduziert, aber es wird trotzdem bis 4mal die Woche trainiert, auch wenn es mal andere Sportarten sind.
Auch die intensiven Reize sind regelmäßig mit eingeplant, damit die VO2max nicht zu stark abfällt und die Mitochondrienanzahl nicht zu stark minimiert wird.
