The training program is intended for dedicated and committed runners who meet the following criteria:
- Runners who run 5 to 6 days a week consistently.
- Runners who include speed work as a regular part of their training routine.
- Runners who have successfully completed a 10-mile race and a half marathon.
- Runners who are specifically training for a 10-mile race.
- Runners who are prepared and interested in increasing their running distance to potentially complete a half marathon or even a full marathon.
