Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Perform light physical activity and be cleared for endurance training
• Run or walk comfortably for 15–25 minutes
• Train consistently 3 times per week
• Be ready to follow a gradual and structured entry phase
A GPS watch is helpful, and a heart rate monitor is recommended for better intensity control.
