Requirements
To start this plan, you should be able to:
• Run continuously for at least 18–22 km
• Train consistently 5–6 times per week
• Have strong prior structured training experience
• Be ready to commit to a long-term progression (9–10 months)
A GPS watch and heart rate monitor are strongly recommended for the best results.
