Welcome to your training plan, Ms. OTQ! This plan was written by Christine Thorn, a HAX Coach with an 11th Place finish at a USATF Championship and a BQ marathon to her name. Some of the workouts you'll see in this plan are workouts Christine has done herself in her former elite career and her current marathon training.

This plan is designed for a highly experienced runner capable of running 7 days/week and roughly 80-100 miles/week during the course of the plan. If you'd like to add doubles, plan to add them in this order: Wednesday, Tuesday, Friday.
