Thank you for selecting this Marathon training plan, proudly presented by LB Endurance.
The is designed for marathon preparation for first-timer or those coming back from some time away.
To start this plan, you should already have at one month of at least 20-miles running per week base training, or three months of 10-20 miles per week running.
Each training week includes three to four runs, and two to three strength and mobility training sessions. You will also find one or two planned recovery days each week. Strength training, cross-training and rest are important to maintain the body, mind and soul while preparing for a marathon.
The plan includes helpful tips for fueling and hydration, race planning and pacing. Runs incorporate easy base miles, form focus, speed work, tempo training and long runs.
