This one of a kind marathon build will get you from a base distance of about 10km to the finish line of the newest World Major in Sydney, Australia
It prepares you fully to take on the iconic roads of a beautiful city, and includes strength, conditioning, pacing, fitness and endurance sessions.
It is aimed at beginner runners, those doing their first marathon, or those older, slower or wanting to enjoy the race without the pressure of a finish time in mind.
