A 10-Weeks Blueprint to Recover, Recharge, and Build a Stronger Foundation
This program is designed to help you transition effectively after your goal race. The focus is not on peak performance, but on active recovery, building overall strength, and returning to structured training feeling refreshed and robust.
The plan is structured in 2 cycles of 5 weeks each, with 4 weeks of increasing load followed by 1 deload week. The first cycle is straightforward and includes fartlek and fun workouts. In the second cycle, classic workouts are introduced, building up to a double threshold day.
