This newly enhanced and fully structured 8-week training plan with 4 days running per week, is designed specifically for runners aiming to run inside 40mins in KM format. Ideal if you’ve previously run close to this mark or have a recent half marathon time between 1h25-1h28 or 5km 18-20mins.
This is not just another generic plan. It’s built using proven methods from over 13 years of coaching and personal racing experience, tailored for runners who want structure and guidance. Each week is packed with tips, workouts, and insights from myself, to give you all the tools and structure you need to succeed and enjoy the journey! Plus strength training with video tutorials.
